How do I return an item to Vape Superstore?

We will gladly accept returns of any items purchased within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us with your return request, including the order numbe

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process your return and issue your refund within 10 days of receiving it back. Your refund will be visible on your statement between 1 and 5 days after it has been processed, in line with the processing lead times of your payment provider.
